Under the guidance of Josh Lambo, a former NFL kicker, we provide world-class training designed to help athletes adjust to the Nuance of American football while leveraging their soccer backgrounds.

From expert coaching to professional representation, our goal is to support these players throughout their journey, opening doors to not only college football programs but also the possibility of a career in the NFL. JOSH MILLROOD

Co-Founder
Josh Millrood has a strong soccer background and a deep-rooted passion for talent development and innovation in sport. At Tulane University, he studied economics and focused on how athletes can unlock new opportunities across borders. As a co-founder of Bridge Kickers, Josh works at the intersection of soccer and American football, helping international players chart a new path forward.

ANDREW SPORN

Co-Founder
Andrew Sporn, a New York native, is passionate about entrepreneurship, sports, and building meaningful relationships. While studying management and marketing at Tulane University, he discovered a strong interest in athlete development and business strategy. As co-founder of Bridge Kickers, Andrew helps European athletes transition into American football, guiding them to success both on and off the field.

Head Kicking Coach
Josh Lambo began his athletic career as a collegiate soccer player before making a successful leap to the NFL, where he played for the San Diego Chargers and Jacksonville Jaguars. His firsthand experience navigating that path makes him an invaluable mentor for international athletes pursuing similar opportunities. With a deep understanding of both technical skill and professional mindset, Josh brings unique insight into what it takes to succeed as a kicker at the highest level
